Soul Widows Support Group

This support group is for young widows, age 60 and younger, who have experienced the loss of their spouse or significant other. We provide an intimate space for a group of women to share their grief through speaking and listening to each other�s stories. The meetings allow each widow the chance to be heard, and to feel supported in a safe and supportive environment.

Our support group meetings are FREE.

Our Soul Widows Retreat is available to young widows, age 60 and under, who are interested in exploring their loss and healing in an intimate group setting. The weekend includes group counseling, individual therapy, art therapy, journaling, nurturing meals, soul seeking, and time for rejuvenation. Therapy is lead by our Soul Widows Therapist, Mandy Eppley, M.A., LPC, NCC, who specializes in grief and loss, and offers incredible guidance and wisdom for the young widow's soul. The weekend is also supported by Elizabeth Berrien, a former young widow and the founder of Soul Widows. We look to provide the deepest level of support to women who have either recently experienced the loss of their partner, or those who have been grieving for many years.
